1. Your name
2. Your school, company, or influencer name
3. Your email address you used to create an account on our website. If you have not created an account yet, please create one. If you are located outside of the US or Canada, please let us know which country you are in.
4. What project are you looking for spools for? If you are looking for more of a long term partnership - please let us know.
5. Roughly how many spools do you expect to use for this project? Which spools? If you are looking for a long term partnership - please let us know your average monthly usage.
6. Please include any website or social media links you may have. This is particularly important for influencer sponsorships.
